FREE POST & PACKAGING ON ALL ORDERS FOR A LIMITED TIME!!

The delivery charge is £3.50 (including VAT) up to an order value of £49.99. Orders of £50.00 and over are free delivery. At the present time we can only accept orders for delivery to UK addresses.

 Your Order

As soon as your order is received we will send you a confirmation email. This email is generated automatically and will outline details of your order. It is not a guarantee that all items ordered are in stock. If there are any issues with any aspect of your order we will contact you by email as soon as possible.

When necessary, we shall contact you using the details given at the time of order. If we receive no response from you using these details, the order will be put on hold until a response is received. If no response is received for a period of three weeks we may cancel the order without further notice.

Although we endeavour to supply all products as listed, Bright Spark Toys reserve the right to change or discontinue the availability of any product at any time. We will contact you should this occur to discuss replacements or cancellation. If a product or order is cancelled any payment will be refunded in full. This does not affect your statutory rights.

All new orders are regarded individually and are treated separately.

Once you have sent us your order and you have received our confirmation email you will not be able to cancel or make any changes to this order.

We shall endeavour to despatch all deliveries within 5 working days. If a product is out of stock, or delivery will take longer than 5 working days, we shall contact you to discuss whether you wish to wait, choose alternative products or cancel these products from the order.

BrightSparkToys.co.uk reserves the right to refuse any order.

Upon receiving the order, please check all products carefully. Short deliveries or damaged goods must be advised to us in writing by e-mail (receipt of which will be acknowledged) within 5 working days of delivery.

We must be advised of obviously faulty goods within 14 days for full credit or replacement. Following this, any fault must be notified in writing by e-mail (receipt of which will be acknowledged) as soon as possible and appropriate action will be taken. Due to the nature of the goods supplied, we are expressly unable to take any responsibility for faults discovered over 6 months after delivery.
