BRIGHT SPARK TOYS TERMS & CONDITIONS

Our aim is to deal with your orders as quickly and efficiently as possible. We therefore list below the terms and conditions under which we operate. Please do not hesitate to contact us if you require further information.

Delivery


The delivery charge is £3.50 (including VAT) up to an order value of £49.99. Orders of £50.00 and over are free delivery. At the present time we can only accept orders for delivery to UK addresses.


Your Order

As soon as your order is received we will send you a confirmation email. This email is generated automatically and will outline details of your order. It is not a guarantee that all items ordered are in stock. If there are any issues with any aspect of your order we will contact you by email as soon as possible.

When necessary, we shall contact you using the details given at the time of order. If we receive no response from you using these details, the order will be put on hold until a response is received. If no response is received for a period of three weeks we may cancel the order without further notice.

Although we endeavour to supply all products as listed, Bright Spark Toys reserve the right to change or discontinue the availability of any product at any time. We will contact you should this occur to discuss replacements or cancellation. If a product or order is cancelled any payment will be refunded in full. This does not affect your statutory rights.

All new orders are regarded individually and are treated separately.

All prices shown on BrightSparkToys.co.uk in UK pounds and are inclusive of 17.5 % VAT.

All prices are subject to change without notice.

Once you have sent us your order and you have received our confirmation email you will not be able to cancel or make any changes to this order.

We shall endeavour to despatch all deliveries within 5 working days. If a product is out of stock, or delivery will take longer than 5 working days, we shall contact you to discuss whether you wish to wait, choose alternative products or cancel these products from the order.

BrightSparkToys.co.uk reserves the right to refuse any order.

Upon receiving the order, please check all products carefully. Short deliveries or damaged goods must be advised to us in writing by e-mail (receipt of which will be acknowledged) within 5 working days of delivery.

We must be advised of obviously faulty goods within 14 days for full credit or replacement. Following this, any fault must be notified in writing by e-mail (receipt of which will be acknowledged) as soon as possible and appropriate action will be taken. Due to the nature of the goods supplied, we are expressly unable to take any responsibility for faults discovered over 6 months after delivery.

Pricing

We endeavour to ensure that all prices and information on brightsparktoys.co.uk are accurate however errors may occur. Where errors in pricing or information are discovered, we shall contact you to discuss re-confirming your order at the correct price, cancelling it or cancelling part of it. Any payment made for cancelled goods will be refunded in full.

Delivery costs will be listed at the time of order, before any payment is made.

 Payment

All items ordered on BrightSparkToys.co.uk must be paid for in full by credit or debit card before dispatch. We accept the following:

All payment details are handled directly and securely by the Barclaycard ePDQ service and you will be redirected to their site during the checkout process - no credit card details are entered, handled or stored directly on the brightsparktoys.co.uk website or server. For your (and our) added security the “Verified by Visa” and similar verification processes that your credit card issuer provides must be followed in order that the payment process may be completed.

Availability and Product Information

Goods are subject to availability. We aim to keep availability as up to date as possible but cannot always guarantee that particular product will always be available. Occasionally, there may be a short delay between the time the order is made and is accepted therefore the stock position may change during this period. We shall contact you where this should occur. Any payment made for cancelled / unavailable goods will be refunded in full.

We make every effort to ensure that the product details on our website are as accurate as possible, however we accept no liability for any incorrect information that may occur.


Privacy and Data Policy

Bright Spark Toys Limited is committed to maintaining your privacy. The information collected upon making an order with us will be used for the purposes of fulfilling that order and maintaining customer service following that fulfillment. Occasionally, we may also inform you of offers and changes to our website and products available using these details, but you may unsubscribe to these should you wish.

We shall not pass your details on to any other company unless you have expressly agreed that we may do so.

We use cookies to keep track of your on-line session with brightsparktoys.co.uk and to record items in the shopping basket. If you do not accept cookies, you may not be able to use this website successfully.

Returns

We sincerely hope that you are happy with your order upon receipt, however there may be occasions when you feel it necessary to return a product.

We guarantee to refund any item you are not completely happy with if you return it to us in a saleable condition within 14 days of receipt. Refunds will be made to your credit/debit card. Return postage will be payable by you, the customer, unless the item being returned is faulty.

Please contact us initially by e-mail should you need to return a product. We shall endeavour to attend to all returns as soon as practically possible. We shall allocate a returns reference which should be noted on the exterior of the carton. No returns should be made without this reference and we are not able to guarantee correct crediting should a return be made without this reference.

When returning the goods yourself and we would always recommend use of a secure delivery method requiring a signature on receipt, such as Royal Mail Recorded Delivery, as you will be responsible for the returned products until they are delivered to us. Occasionally, we may use a carrier service to collect the goods on our behalf.

Copyright and Trade Marks

The copyright of brightsparktoys.co.uk, its content, look, feel, images, text and software rests with Bright Spark Toys Limited. Use of this website for anything other than private non-commercial use (i.e. that is not for viewing and printing sections of brightsparktoys.co.uk for the sole purpose of selecting goods and placing orders on brightsparktoys.co.uk) may be considered breach of copyright and action may be taken against such use. We reserve the right to restrict or block access to the website where we have reason to believe such use is being made.

Bright Spark Toys Limited acknowledges the trademarks and copyrights owned by the product manufacturers, or other third parties but does not make any warranty or representation regarding these.
